Return and Refund Policy

Welcome to Alpha Omega Artisan.  We have a 15-day return policy, which means items can be returned for free within 15 days of delivery for approved reasons.  Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@alphaomegaartisan.com and provide the reason for your return.  

• Our customer service team will investigate and offer a solution based on our policy.
• If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
• Return the product (if required).  When we receive the return, our customer service team will initiate the refund/replacement.  You will receive the refund within 2-14 business days.  The exact time depends on your card issuer.  If you have not received a refund within the time frame, please feel free to contact us.

Reasons Supporting Free Return/Exchange

Damaged	You can reject it directly if it is confirmed damaged
Wrong item sent	Please provide us with clear pictures of the item and all shipping labels on the package
Doesn't match the description	Please provide us with some photos to show the problems
Quality issues	Please provide us with some photos to verify it

 

Returns will not be accepted for late arrival due to reasons out of our control or if you receive the item but change your mind or have ordered by mistake.
